Dear Friends
Welcome back "home" again, is the usual responds I receive from my Kenyan friends when I return to Kenya. It is good to be back. I hit the ground running. My first day was filled with a home visit. Little Saidi received a wheelchair last year and weekly physical therapy sessions. What a joy to see his improvements.
