Fruit is super delicious here in Kenya. You buy it along side the road in a small stand.

The weather has been oppressively hot, but no complains here. Today it rained at the coast.

Africans love color, it even shows in the fruit display.

Dear Friends
It was so good today to worship with my friends here in Kenya. Some of the words are hard to pronounce but the Spirit is the same. Again I was welcomed home and greeted by many dear friends.

You know when you are in Kenya when

•  your toothbrush is visited by little aunts :)

• when kids love to watch youtube videos

• the local fisherman comes with the catch of the day to your home and filet the fish while you are watching!

Dear Friends

Yesterday I arrived safely in Diani Beach. It felt like I never left, its like I belong here. My "African part of life" just continued where it was left last year. At the airport I was greeted  with great enthusiasm by Anjela and BJ.

Its definitely hot and humid here, but beautiful. To see my friends again is so wonderful.

Sunday after church we visited with friends out in the country side. Its fun to get to know new people and learn more about the culture.
